Hey, I’m Darius, founder of Cydeavor. In December 2022, I began learning web development after noticing a gap in a beauty professional’s website and marketing. That experience showed me how easily technical details can get missed when you’re busy serving clients and running a business. I wanted to help make that side of the business easier.
With Cydeavor, I bring AI call handling and ongoing marketing support together in one package.

It supports your team by answering routine inbound questions, collecting inquiry details and booking available appointments. Your staff handles admissions decisions, individual financial-aid questions and human follow-up.
Can it answer after campus hours?
Yes. The inbound AI receptionist can answer legitimate calls outside your campus office hours, using your approved information. Around-the-clock availability is permitted under the normal-business-use and fair-use policy.
How does it learn our programs and tuition information?
During setup, you provide your program details, schedules, start dates, approved tuition information and common questions. We use that information to configure and test your AI receptionist. Tell us when your information changes so the setup can be updated. Individual admissions and financial-aid questions remain with your staff.
Can it book tours on our calendar?
It can help callers book available tours or admissions appointments through a supported, connected calendar. Calendar compatibility, appointment types and any special rules need to be confirmed before you subscribe.
What happens when a caller needs a person?
The receptionist can collect the caller’s name, contact information and reason for calling for your team’s follow-up. Call transfers and other specific call-handling requirements must be checked for your setup before subscribing; they are not assumed to be included.
Are texts, reminders and rescheduling included?
SMS/MMS is not included unless separately agreed and is billed separately based on usage. Reminders, rescheduling and other requested features should be confirmed before getting started. They are not promised as part of the base package.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Your initial payment would be $2,494, including the $997 one-time setup and first $1,497 monthly service, with no sales tax added. Then $1,497/month until canceled, subject to the pricing and usage change terms. Cancel before your next renewal through the billing portal or by emailing hello@cydeavor.com. Service continues through your current paid billing period. Setup and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Review the service terms and pricing change terms before purchasing.
